Premier Points Terms & Conditions

Premier Points Program Announcement & Eligibility

  • All Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club members are invited to become Premier Points members by providing their email addresses and opting in to the program.
  • There are no fees to join.
  • No purchase is necessary to join Premier Points.
  • Employees of Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club and their immediate family members are eligible for Premier Points membership.

Cancel Your Membership

  • You may cancel your Premier Points membership at any time by contacting the Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club Member Services department.
  • Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club reserves the right to cancel your Premier Points membership at its sole discretion.

  • Points & Rewards
    Members earn 1 point per dollar spent on qualifying purchases. All dollar amounts are rounded.
  • Points are awarded for purchases made at Premier at Sawmill only. Points are not awarded for membership-related purchases or purchases made at our sister clubs.
  • Points can be earned as soon as the membership application has been processed and activated, usually within 4-7 business days after Premier at Sawmill receives the application. Members can begin earning points as soon as the account is activated.
  • Member points automatically expire 3 months after the program ends.
  • Points are awarded on net purchases, minus returns and taxes.
  • Points and promotional offers may be offered to select members based on purchase activity, program participation or information supplied by the member.
  • Points are issued for promotional purposes only when qualifying purchases are made.
    Points have no fixed value, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be transferred to other individuals. Redemption of merchandise credits, gift cards or gift certificates is not eligible for points, except the amount of purchase that exceeds the value of the credit, gift card, or gift certificate.
  • Member accounts and points are not transferable and may only be used by an individual member for the member’s personal benefit. Member agrees that the Premier Points program and all associated points, rewards, and benefits do not create any property rights in favor of member.
  • Member benefits cannot be combined with benefits accrued in a separate account or program.
  • Points or gift cards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, is the sole responsibility of the member.
  • If you believe points have not been credited accurately to your Premier Points membership account, please contact Member Services at 614-336-CLUB (2582) or write to: Premier at Sawmill, 3111 Hayden Rd Columbus, Ohio 43235 Attn: Member Services. Claims must be filed within 60 days from transaction date where points are alleged to have been earned.
  • Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club shall have no liability for failure, delay or error in crediting points to your Premier Points account.
  • You may check your points by contacting Member Services at 614-336-CLUB (2582).

Premier Points Gift Cards

  • After earning enough points to claim a Gift Card, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your Premier Points benefit.
  • For every gift card issued, the appropriate points will automatically be deducted from the member’s account.
  • Premier Points gift cards may not be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates or be applied toward payment of Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club membership account balances. With the exception of sales, Premier Points gift cards may not be combined with other discounts. Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Communication & Privacy

  • By enrolling in Premier Points, you agree that Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club may send you special promotional offers and other mailed or e-mailed communications related to Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club and its affiliates.
  • Members may choose to discontinue mail or e-mail or both communications by contacting the Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club Member Service. Members understand that the discontinuation of either form of communication may result in the loss of promotional discounts and offers related to the Premier Points program. Communication via e-mail is a requirement of participation in the Premier Points program.
  • Member personal information will be held in accordance with Premier at Sawmill’s Privacy Policy, which can be found in your Membership Agreement.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club reserves the right to change the terms, conditions for participation, awards and benefits for Premier Points members at any time without notice and without liability to you.
  • Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club reserves the right to change or cancel any reward, including increasing the points required to earn rewards.
  • Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club reserves the right to institute blackout dates and restrictions on merchandise, including clearance items, eligible for certificate redemption.
  • Fraudulent use of your Premier Points membership may result in cancellation of your Premier Points account and loss of any or all points earned.

Program Termination

Premier at Sawmill Athletic Club may discontinue the Premier Points program at any time for any reason without any further obligations to members.
