**Aquatics Team Member (lifeguard)Team members ensure the safety of the facility for members by preventing and responding to emergencies. Additional responsibilities include promoting information concerning the aquatics department and Premier at Sawmill programs, as well as regular pool upkeep. Applicants must be lifeguard and CPR certified.
**Swim Instructor Team MemberTeam members teach private, semi-private, and group swim lessons. They are responsible for providing safe and fun swim classes for children ages 6 months to 12 years or older. Must be WSI certified.
**Group Exercise InstructorTeam members provide state of the art group exercise instruction that contributes to each member's health and fitness goals. To develop and instruct fun, energetic and highly motivational exercise classes for all fitness and skill levels. Must be group exercise certified by a nationally recognized organization. Due to a high demand for Body Pump and Body Attack at our club, we are currently looking for instructors and will also be offering a Body Attack certification training (please ask for details).
**Personal Training Team MemberTrainers are responsible for attracting and retaining clients by promoting their personal training services and overseeing the members complete club experience. Trainers are responsible for member instruction in use of all equipment, safety and exercise instruction during floor work. Responsibilities also includes keeping the equipment and fitness area clean and maintained, as well as any other duties aimed at providing a positive atmosphere for the members. Must be certified by a nationally recognized organization.
Fitness Team Member
Team members maintain and clean fitness equipment, as well as restocking the fitness towels and providing exceptional customer service to the members. This may also include some member instruction in the use of all equipment, safety and exercise instruction during their floor work outs.
Water Exercise Team MemberTeam members provide state of the art aquatic group exercise instruction that contributes to each member’s health and fitness goals. To develop and instruct fun, energetic and highly motivational exercise classes for all fitness and skill levels. Must be certified.
Regular Part-time and Full-time Opportunities:
**Men's or Women's Locker Room Team MemberTeam members maintain impeccably clean locker rooms at all times as well as interacting with members, promoting club activities, and handling all member concerns. They are also responsible for transferring towels to and from laundry room and folding clean towels. This position is perfect for a task oriented person who enjoys a fast paced environment.

**Bistro Team MemberTeam members prepare all menu items at the Bistro including shakes and smoothies, deli sandwiches, salads, and wraps. They are responsible for ensuring that the area remains clean and compliant with all health department codes and regulations; stock and inventory items; handle cash and keep area free from clutter.

Team members are responsible for the welfare, health and safety of all the children in the Premier Kids areas. Must be comfortable handling children 6 weeks to 13 years of age.
Maintenance Team MemberTeam members ensure constant cleanliness of Premier at Sawmill by providing housekeeping services throughout the facility and ensuring a clean environment for our members and guests. Must be available to work late night shifts.
Membership Services Team Member (Sales)Team members actively sell club memberships by using a variety of sales techniques that include but are not limited to cold calls, membership prospecting, corporate contacts and direct mail offerings. Team members are also responsible for maintaining and improving positive relationships with current members as part of the complete club experience. This position has commission based pay achieved through monthly sales quotas and membership renewals as directed by Sales and Marketing Manager.

Duties include greeting members, checking members in, answering telephones, scheduling various services, operating a point of sale system, and handling member questions and concerns. Team members are also responsible for understanding and communicating club programs to effect retention and new membership sales.
Spa Opportunities:
Massage Therapist Team MemberTherapists provide exceptional service to each guest and work as a team to promote spa treatments. Massage treatments include, but are not limited to, Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Upper Body, and Hot Rocks. Must be licensed in massage therapy.
Esthetician Team MemberEstheticians provide exceptional service to each guest and work as a team to promote spa treatments. Facial treatments include, but are not limited to, Vitamin "C", Customized, Alpha Hydroxy, Back, and Men's Fitness Facials. Must be licensed in esthetics.
